Our service includes; a database of waiting tenants, comprehensive tenant credit checks via “Homelet” and backed up by a rent guarantee policy to give extra peace of mind, detailed tenancy agreements, inventories & schedule of condition reports, regular property inspections, bill payment and re-inspections following tenancy termination.
Rental payments are made on a monthly basis via Bacs bank transfer directly into your nominated bank account along with a detailed monthly rental statement.
