JFS Mortgage Services provide a truly Independent Service for your mortgage needs, using every lender in the UK to find you the best options from our extended range of lenders and deals.
What can JFS Mortgage Services do for you?
- They provide a number of ways for you to arrange your mortgage – too busy to see your bank or financial adviser? You can arrange your mortgage by telephone and email, or if you prefer a face to face meeting you can visit their Bury office or they can see you at your office or home.
- They offer advice on lender’s direct products – Some Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agent Mortgage Brokers only have access to a panel of lenders, and in most cases only advise on products offered to the public via the broker channel. JFS Mortgage Services will also research the products only available direct from lenders. As they have access to both 'Broker' and 'Direct to Customer' mortgage deals, they have even more chance of finding a mortgage for you - some mortgage deals are only available 'Direct', so if they cannot find it, no one can!
- To make sure both you and your home are adequately insured, they provide a choice of protection options for our applicants. With a wide choice of Life Insurance, Home Insurance and other Mortgage Insurance options, they can help you keep the roof over your head. For Home and Mortgage Insurance they usually offer products from a limited number of providers
For mortgage advice, you can choose how JFS Mortgage Services are paid: pay a fee, usually £99, or we can accept commission from the lender, or a combination of both.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
