On the 20th May 2010 the Government suspended the legal requirement to have a Home Information Pack (HIP) for homes being marketed for sale in England and Wales.
There remains a requirement to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which Rayson Wilshaw can organise on your behalf.
