From 14th December 2007, all homes being marketed in England & Wales for the first time by an Estate Agent are legally required to have a Home Information Pack (or HIP for short).
HIPs are designed to help the buying/selling process and will contain important information about the property being sold
Getting a HIP on your property is simple and Rayson Wilshaw will organise this on your behalf as well as providing you with a choice of payment methods.
